She studied her Bachelors of Fine Arts, specialising in Graphic Design, at the Fine Arts Faculty of the Veracruzana University in Jalapa, Veracruz. Since 1994 she has been working at the University giving lessons in drawing, painitng and graphic design workshops.


She has specialised in graphic illustration, in which she uses a very unique pictoric and graphic style.

She has illustrated various books and publications like:


Ecological Economics, Maryland University, Ed, Elsevier, Solomon, USA. Limpronta Ecologica,  Ed. Ambiente, Milan, Italy.

The History and Geography of Veracruz for third grade, SEC, Veracruz.


Since 1999, she has participated in more than 50 solo and group exhibitions, in: Jalapa Ver., Veracruz Ver., Villahermosa Tabasco, Tuxpan Ver. and México City. She has also shown internationally at the University of Miami, USA, Santiago de Cuba, and in Belgrade, Serbia.


In August 2003 she was invited by the National Museum of Belgrade, to participate with her painting in an artists residence program which took place at the Pognovo Monastery, South of Serbia, after which she had an exhibition and another residency at the city of Valjevo. One final artistic residency and exhibition took place at the city of Gamzigrad.


From September 2004 to January 2005 her work was shown at the Anthropology Museum of Jalapa, Veracruz. From 2006 her work can be found constantly at Todos Santos, Palmilla and Los Cabos in Baja California Sur.


She currently lives and works in Jalapa, Veracruz.
